- Overconfidence – “It’s faster, so it must be better.”

Let’s be clear AI is a force multiplier.

It helps me:

- Explore new concepts quickly

- Assume “done” means “correct”
That’s when small gaps turn into bigger problems.

I strongly believe we should:

- Push for efficiency
- Modernize how we work
- Encourage teams to innovate
But we need to pair that with:

- Validation – Trust, but verify
- Judgment – Knowing when something needs a second look
- Accountability – Owning the outcome
A Simple Gut Check I Use
When something feels too fast or too easy, I ask:
“What part of the process did we just skip?”
Not to reject the tool but to understand it better.
