Hi, I’m Jose.
I’ve spent over 20 years working in technology mostly in roles where I’ve been responsible for keeping systems running, teams aligned, and businesses moving forward. Over time, my work has grown from hands-on technical roles into leadership across infrastructure, security, operations, and governance.
But titles aside, I see myself simply as someone who is still learning.
Why I Started This Site
This space isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about sharing what I’ve learned along the way, sometimes the hard way, so that others can benefit from it. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, support large-scale environments, navigate challenges, and make more than a few mistakes.
Those experiences have shaped how I think about:
- Technology and how it should serve the business and community
- Leadership and how to support and grow people
- Governance and why it matters more than most realize
- And more recently, how AI is changing everything
I created this site as a place to reflect on those lessons and document my ongoing growth.

My Approach
I believe in a few core ideas:
- Technology should enable, not complicate
- Leadership is about serving and developing others
- Good governance creates clarity and trust
- New tools should be adopted with both curiosity and discipline
And maybe most importantly:
You don’t need to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

I use AI as a tool to help organize thoughts, explore ideas, and improve how I communicate but everything shared here reflects my own perspective and experience.
